Shipping, Returns and Warranty

We want to get CarToy in your hands and into your car as soon as possible. We will make every effort to get your oder processed as soon as possible.

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your CarToy products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.



To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

All returns must be related to a website order. CarToy does not offer returns on items purchased outside of website

All returns must be processed through our customer service team within 14 days of original purchase.

Any shipping costs from the original order and return are non-refundable

Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. CarToy does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. CarToy does not accept returns on items purchased outside of

CarToy does not price match with dealers or competitors.

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible CarToy product.


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

Make sure to ship your product(s) in their original box(es)

You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.

Securely attach your return label to the package.

Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.


First 30 days
Straight exchange. You must contact support with-in this time frame for approval and an RMA number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

After 30 days
Once you are approved, a fee of $150 replacement fee will be charged. In the event the customer had the unit installed by CarToy, there will not be any additional charges for reinstalling the replacement unit.
